Materials Setup and Installation
Materials Setup and Installation Service: A certified technician will unpack, inventory, distribute, and install your LeapFrog School products.

The LeapTrack® System (and LeapTrack Reading Pro Edition)
  • Verify Shipment of materials according to investment summary and or sales order acknowledgment
  • Unpack and Distribute Materials to designated classrooms
  • Perform LeapTrack 4.1 software installation at classroom level (stand-alone or client installation)
  • LeapPort™ installed and verified.
  • Server Software Installation if applicable.
  • The Aggregate Reporting Tool software installation on principal and/or administrator computer if applicable
  • All available updates applied to software
  • Provide detailed report/site sign-off in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.
  • Ensure work site is clean and all packaging materials disposed at the direction of the customer.

The Literacy Center

  • Verify Shipment of materials according to investment summary and or sales order acknowledgment
  • Unpack and Distribute Materials to designated classrooms
  • Perform Link To Lessons software installation at classroom level
  • Mindstation® installed and verified.
  • All available updates applied to software
  • Provide detailed report/site sign-off in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.
  • Ensure work site is clean and all packaging materials disposed at the direction of the customer.

All Other LeapFrog School Product Purchases

  • Inventory and verify shipment of materials according to investment summary and or sales order acknowledgment
  • Unpack and Distribute Materials to designated classrooms
  • Provide detailed report/site sign-off in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.
  • Ensure work site is clean and all packaging materials disposed at the direction of the customer.
LeapFrog School Tune-up Program
LeapTrack or Literacy Center Tune-Up Program: A certified technician evaluate all LeapFrog School products as outlined below. Priced per day of service.

Anytime Tune-Up
  • Inventory Materials and Equipment.
  • Address any hardware or software issues presented by Tech Coordinators, Teachers, or Administrators.
  • Evaluate functionality of Cartridges and LeapPort.
  • Audit performance of LeapPad PLTs, LeapPort systems and all hardware items for warranty reconciliation or replacement options.
  • Verify software installation on all classroom computers.
  • Apply any available software updates required by specific products.
  • Re-install software or hardware as required, verifying proper functionality
  • If applicable, update server installation and verify functionality.
  • Provide complete LeapTrack Student Data backup for archival to school or district administration.
  • Provide detailed report in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.

Ready For Fall Program

  • Inventory Materials and Equipment, setup as requested in classroom(s)
  • Unpack and clean Cartridges and LeapPort
  • Audit performance of LeapPad PLTs, LeapPort systems and all hardware items for warranty reconciliation or replacement options.
  • Verify software installation on classroom computer
  • Apply any available software updates
  • Re-install LeapPort and verify proper functionality
  • If applicable, update server installation and verify function.
  • Provide complete LeapTrack Student Data backup for archival to school or district administration.
  • Provide detailed report in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers.

Ready For Summer Program

  • Inventory Materials and Equipment
  • Clean and Pack Cartridges and LeapPort
  • Audit performance of LeapPad PLTs, LeapPort systems and all hardware items for warranty reconciliation or replacement options.
  • Pack/Store each Classroom Kit for Easy Access in Fall
  • Archival of all unused classroom profiles in LeapTrack.
  • If applicable, archive and backup server installation.
  • Provide complete LeapTrack Student Data backup for archival to school or district administration.
  • Provide detailed report in paper and digital format for archiving with Principal and Teachers
