|
|
|
| Symptom / Question |
What is the difference between the Tag School Reader and the Tag Reader I can buy in a retail store?
|
| Solution |
There are several differences between the Tag School Reader and the Tag Reader found in popular retail stores. Here are a few:
- The Tag School Reader has a 64MB capacity in which to hold book audio and system files. The current retail Tag Reader utilizes 16 MB.
- The Tag School Reader is Orange and White in color, while the retail Tag version is Green and White.
- The Tag School Reader uses LeapFrog® School Connect software to manage and sync audio. The Tag Reader found in popular retail stores utilizes LeapFrog® Connect desktop software.
Important Note: Tag School Reader is only compatible with LeapFrog School Connect Software. The same applies to the retail Tag Reader, it can only be managed by using the included LeapFrog® Connect software.
- The Tag Reader found in popular retail stores interfaces with the LeapFrog Connect software. This allows parents to utilize the incredible LeapFrog® Learning Path technology.
- Currently, LeapFrog® Learning Path technology is not available for users of the Tag School Reader and LeapFrog® School Connect software.
