My LeapFrog School Connect software can't download the audio for the books I own.

| Solution |
- Ensure that your computer is successfully connected to the Internet.
- Download the Tag School Reader book audio package and manually install the audio files by dragging them from the .ZIP file into the LeapFrog School Connect "My Apps" folder. All current Tag audio titles can be downloaded by clicking here [109 MB] [.ZIP].

- When installing the School Tag reader book audio manually, ensure that "View Hidden Files and Folders" properties are selected in Windows 'View' properties. Detailed instructions on manually installing Tag School audio can be downloaded here [99 KB] [.PDF].
- The LeapFrog School Connect software may not be able to connect to the Internet (although the computer is connected) due to the firewall or proxy server settings in your School or District network settings. These settings are usually controlled by your District's MIS or IT departments.
- If you are a School or District IT Professional and would like to "allow" LeapFrog School Connect to be able to reach its download servers from your client computers, please set http://download.leapfrog.com and www.leapfrog.com to the "allowed" domain list. LeapFrog School Connect communicates on Port 80.
