I forgot the login password to my LeapTrack classroom, can I reset it?.

| Solution |
- Enter your password incorrectly 3 times. LeapTrack will display your password hint below the password field.
- Reset your LeapTrack classroom password using the LeapTrack Password Reset Tool [470 KB] [.ZIP].

| Important Notes: |
- When entering your password, make sure that the 'Caps Lock' key is not turned on. The LeapTrack classroom password is case-sensative.
- Using the LeapTrack Password Reset Tool will change all classroom passwords on the computer to 'tadpole'
- The LeapTrack Password Reset tool should not be used for a Client Installation of LeapTrack. If you are unsure if your School or District is running a networked version of LeapTrack, check with your School or District Tech Coordinator or IT Professional before the use of the password reset tool.
