LeapTrack Error Message

Symptom / Question
I have an error that says "The LeapTrack is already running without a Window.  Please contact technical support..."

Solution
Restart your computer and double-click on the LeapTrack desktop or shortcut icon.

Important Notes:
  • This error message likely occured due to double-clicking on the LeapTrack icon more than once. To avoid receiving this error, please allow LeapTrack several seconds to connect to its database and open the application successfully.
  • If your School or District is running LeapTrack in a networked environment, it may take a few additional seconds for LeapTrack to connect via the network to the LeapTrack server machine.
